We Try Harder and Smart Advertising

October 23rd, 2008 · No Comments

There are many great advertising campaigns and marketing strategies, which corporate America has produced. Many of these great advertising campaigns have won awards and many deserve them. One of the greatest advertising achievements was done with Avis Rent a Car. Perhaps you’ll remember the; We Try Harder; advertising campaign?

It is interesting because Avis Rent a Car did not bother to say they charge less, have better service or rent better cars. None of that. Hertz Rent a Car was busy telling us how quick you could get out of the airport and into a car because of their fast check-in service.

Avis Rent a Car simply said; We Try Harder. To the customer this meant that they tried harder to please them and it said to the customer that Avis Rent a Car cared about the customer. If Avis Rent a Car is trying harder and trying to give better service, then that is a good reason to rent from Avis Rent a Car instead of Hertz.

You see, smart marketing and smart advertising is not always what it seems. Sometimes the best advertising strategies are those, which visualize in the customer’s mind and evoke a strong emotion. If you stop to think about Avis Rent a Car and the; We Try Harder Campaign it is interesting because, they never said if the fact that they try harder would ever amount to anything. Yet, the customer loved it. Please consider this in 2006.

Internet Marketing Tips - How Effective is Article Marketing Really?

October 21st, 2008 · No Comments

There is a lot of hype and misinformation going around about article marketing. People are making it out to be a miracle marketing method. Don’t get me wrong, it works very well. I use it to earn about 67% of my monthly income, but it’s no miracle. It’s not a push button method that you can just plug in. It does take some work. This article is going to share some things you should and shouldn’t do when it comes to promoting your products via the use of articles.

One thing you should NOT do is write crappy articles. A lot of people think that they can write just any old thing and it’s going to make them a sale. This is not true. You write a lousy article and guess what? The person reading it either won’t make it through the whole article OR after they’re done, they’ll be so disgusted, they won’t even consider going to your site. So make the article the best you can possibly make it.

Another thing you shouldn’t do is make your articles a sales pitch. An article should be informative. If the article does its job of informing people and actually giving them information that they can use, trust me, they’ll be checking out your signature to see what you have to offer them. It’s like anything else in this world. The more you give, the more you will get in return.

What you DO want to do when writing an article is make sure the title is catchy. You want it to raise the reader’s curiosity. Take the title of this article. “How Effective Is Article Marketing Really?” Got you wondering, didn’t it? Is it effective? Am I wasting my time? Made you want to read it. Oh don’t worry, I’ll answer the question before I’m done. But I think you already know the answer.

In my signature is a resource that will teach you more about article writing than you ever imagined.

How effective is article marketing really? Let me put it to you this way. Without it, I’d be a lot less well off than I am today.

To YOUR Success,

The Indian real estate industry is growing in leaps and bounds, thanks to the increased buying power of customers today. This has resulted in an increased number of people to opt for the best-of-its-kind villas and high-end apartments. Seeking to capitalize on this opportunity, various international real estate players are also investing in the Indian markets now.

With the advent of foreign players in the market, the competition has also gone up. This necessitates the development of a loyal client patronage for the domestic real estate players, so that they can retain their stronghold in the industry. Loyal clients are a result of a strong relationship between the customer and the company. An effective customer relationship management (CRM) technique ensures retention of existing customers and the development of newer ones. This aids in maintaining valuable and appropriate communication between the company and its clients. Communication is carried out through various modes, in a timely, yet cost-effective manner.

The software also helps in customer feedback analysis, the results of which can be used to improve company rules and policies from time-to-time. The real estate CRM software also enables customers to nominate more than one applicant.

Business Financing - Where to Go

October 20th, 2008 · No Comments

You may need financing to begin your business venture or to expand into a new product line or area of business. But where should you look for that capital? You have many options.

1. Check out your local bank. Since you have already established a relationship, check with your business bank. Most banks have a business department or person dedicated to serving businesses. Find out what types of financing are available, including the terms and conditions.

2. Small Business Administration. The SBA loan is partly guaranteed by the United States Small Business Administration. There are a number of different loan programs for small businesses. Each loan is actually financed through a private commercial lender.

3. Business capital lenders. These independent companies are more likely to take riskier loans than a bank. Many specialize in certain industries, loan sizes, or types of loans.

4. Private financing. Normally you can find private financing through a business capital broker who will feed your loan request to a private individual or group. Or you may be able to put together your own group of financiers.

5. Personal funds. Depending on how much you need, consider obtaining the funds from your personal accounts.

6. Family. Maybe your parents or dear aunt has some extra cash and is willing to help. Be sure to pay a fair interest rate and make your payments on time.

No matter what source you use to obtain financing for your business, be sure to negotiate your terms up front and put everything in writing. This is especially true for personal and family funds. Read all of the documents thoroughly and seek outside advice if you are unsure.

Home Based Business - 25 Questions You Must Ask Before You Start One

October 19th, 2008 · No Comments

Just about everyone would like to work from home. But blinded by their desire to run a profitable business from home, most people make hasty and wrong decisions. Some people commit themselves to contracts without asking the right questions. This article is intended as a ready guide to prevent you from making a wrong decision.

1. I will start with the most primary question: Are there any products to sell?
Usually, most people don’t like to sell. And although many home business programs claim not to involve selling, they could entail peddling products to their friends and relatives, failing in the business and ruining their relationships with their near dear ones. The typical products involved are phone cards, vitamins, conference tickets, potions, downloadable e-books, pills, water filters, vacations, seeds, diet cookies, weeds, “magic juice”, software packages, etc.

Usually this selling involves building a sales force to work under you, and you are given less than 10% of the earnings for your effort. And when the % is high, the buyers are left feeling ripped off.

Let’s see the other 24 questions you need to ask yourself.

2. Is it like a pyramid scheme or a chain or other get-rich-quick scheme?

3. Is the program legal?

4. How exactly does the program work?

5. Is the program suited for part-time people to generate cash quick (if you plan to work part time)?

6. Do you have to wait to make substantial money? Can you afford to wait?

7. Do you have to become an Internet expert?

8. Are there any manuals to pore over?

9. Are there any books you have to study?

10. Are there any monthly quotas? Have you ever worked to sales targets?

11. Do you have to pay any training fees?

12. Are there any hidden fees to be paid? Can you afford them?

13. Do you have any meetings to attend? Do you have the time for them?

14. Do you have to do any tedious explaining? Are you cut out for it?

15. Do you have to convince people? Do you think you can?

16. Do you have to call friends and family members? Are you sure this won’t hurt your relationships with them?

17. How fast can you begin receiving cash? Or are you dealing in credit?

18. Can the program work for you in your country?

19. Will you receive any websites? If yes, how many?

20. If you don’t know anything about advertising or marketing, can you still succeed with this program?

21. What is the company’s name?

22. Do you have to pay any taxes on the money earned? Are the profits adequate to pay these taxes?

23. How many hours do you have to devote every week? Do you have the time?

24. Will you receive any support from anyone?

25. And the final most important question of all is: Is it an economy proof activity? That is, will it work in boom times and in recessions?

October 17th, 2008 · No Comments

During the last decade or so, foundries are facing a big challenge to survive and stay in the business. Companies are striving to find an ever cheaper manufacturing base and are trying to buy the consumables products they require to operate their business as economically as possible.

As the customers are looking to buy at ever lower costs, the crucible business is becoming tougher day by day.

Some companies are adopting innovative approaches to tackle this problem. They are working on methods and practices to optimize the life time of their products. Some of the highlights of the findings are -

* Long and stable service life of products

* Good conductivity of crucible over the use period

* Protection glaze, which can withstand the longer time in use

* Isostaically pressed to give an even and consistent material structure

Some companies have successfully taken up these challenges to reduce their running costs. Generally, these companies include organizations with long experience in foundry industry and have technical teams with extensive knowledge of ceramics. These organizations are backed by sophisticated laboratories that have facilitated the testing and proving of ideas to attain the desired results.

One company has been working with the products for many years now, the biggest zinc alloy plant in the UK, using two ton and one ton capacity crucibles. During this period, the company has achieved highly stable operating conditions. The structural unity of the crucibles is maintained even after the complete service life, ensuring the safe and easy removal of a used crucible.

Amazing Article Marketing - Discover 5 Must-Have Ways To Energize Your Article Marketing

October 14th, 2008 · No Comments

If you are currently getting not so impressive numbers in distributing your articles online, this is definitely not the best time to sit back and relax. You need to get some work done so you can pull up your numbers again and stay on top of the game.

Here are the 5 must-have ways to energize your article marketing:

1. Impress the search engines. To convince major search engines to give your website a higher page ranking, you need to work on getting more articles done. This is to boost the number of your quality inbound links that can tremendously pull up your ranking. You also need to make your articles search engine-friendly so they will fare well on relevant searches. You can do this by simply using popular search terms on your copies and following appropriate keyword density.

2. Consider your audience. Aside from the search engines, you will also need to impress your readers so you can easily develop a loyal following. When you keep these people happy and satisfied through your content, they are most likely to read your other articles, visit your website through your resource box, and they might even subscribe to your email marketing list. This can lead to more traffic and increase sales leads.

3. Write for your business. It is not enough that you provide your readers with information that they need. Remember, your main objective in writing and distributing your articles is to make a sale. Thus, you must write about topics that are highly related to your products and services so you can easily build them up.

4. Make your articles worth reading and worth sharing. If you want your articles to be read, picked up, and widely distributed, you have to make sure that they are informative, useful to your target audience, well-written, content-rich, and scannable. When you are able to put all these elements together in your copies, your articles will stand great chances of being used by ezine publishers, bloggers, webmasters, and online entrepreneurs. This can tremendously boost the number of your inbound links.

5. Hire some help. Writing and distributing your articles online can be very time-consuming and downright exhausting. The good news is, you don’t need to do all the tasks by yourself. You can hire ghostwriters who can provide you with amazing copies for a minimal fee or you can get yourself a reliable automatic submission software that can submit your articles to hundreds of submission sites in just minutes.

The Pros And Cons Of Entering The Montreal Real Estate Industry

October 13th, 2008 · No Comments

Montreal is considered an important center in North America for commerce, industry, culture, finance, and world affairs.

The mainly French-speaking city serves as a base for many major industries, which include aerospace, electronic goods, pharmaceuticals, printed goods, software engineering, telecommunications, textile and apparel manufacturing, tobacco and transportation. The service sector is also strong and includes civil, mechanical and process engineering, finance, higher education, and research and development.

The city’s diverse economy, which includes a tourism sector that benefits from the city’s European flair and a strong housing market, has helped offset the losses brought on by the slowdown of the manufacturing field, and the effect of the credit and housing crunch in the United States.

Housing Values Are At Their Highest Levels

According to information from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Montreal’s booming real estate market has somehow reached its peak. Industry observers are forecasting the local property market can’t get any hotter, and it will continue to be robust despite the slump in North American markets. The industry housing group further states that housing starts were at their highest level since the 1980s, and prices for single family homes increased by an average of 14 percent.

The CMHC notes that, “We should see increases in supply, more choice, that’s one thing,”. They also view that housing transactions will go down a bit, and prices should continue to increase, but not drastically. the CMHC also sees that an increase in immigration to the province of Quebec will fuel a continuing demand for condominiums, and would keep the overall housing market strong.

The City’s Condominium Market Sees An Oversupply Of Units

Recently, the average price for existing condominiums in the city continues to rise but at a slower and slower pace. The price of buying a condo in the Montreal metro area is expected to increase by to a median level of $190,000 in 2007 — which represents an increase of five per cent

Canadian Housing Corporation however points out that demand for condominiums has started to slow since the beginning of this summer, and analysts note an large inventory of more completed, but unoccupied units. Market analysts view this as a worrying condition, as the glut in condominium supply is going to surely lead to a reduction in prices, as most developers would be forced to lower initial offerings for new units, if only to entice buyers to get them.

Montreal is one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities of Canada. The wide array of investment options are present, and the real estate sector in the city is buoyant and thriving. Housing costs in this city are quite reasonable as compared to its US counterparts, and housing experts say it’s worth investing into.

Many investors have already noted satisfaction both in living and investing in the city . The real estate market is ripe with opportunity for any real estate investor with the money to pour in.

Like all cities, there are districts and communities that are less expensive than others, and some neighborhoods that have housing prices that are way out of reach for the average home buyer. Montreal is best known for its diverse industries, cosmopolitan restaurants, shopping and boutique hotels, as the city’s overall metropolitan area encompasses a region that is home to around 3.7 million residents.

How the Spider Web Marketing System Takes Out the Guesswork

October 10th, 2008 · No Comments

Looking at the Spider web marketing system and how it is taking out the guesswork from networking and multilevel marketing. What strikes me the most about the spiderweb marketing system is that is taking the modern and available avenues in order to have it’s members be able to duplicate the steps and start off successfully within the networking business world. I have seen results with the spiderweb marketing system at the beta stage which leaves me wondering…..Hmmmm……?

Where will the spiderweb system take my business and more importantly my down line’s business on the Internet, once Kimball and his team get the spiderweb system out of Beta stage and spinning it’s web out across the Internet.

What I envisage, is that the spiderweb system is building an army of spiderweb users to go out and take up positions all throughout the web world and with each member having their own success stories from using the spiderweb to the MAX, getting results and building up substantial teams. I mean….who doesn’t want to join a winning team? Right, everybody does, at least majority of people do.

So, with an army of spiderweb system users, who have their webs spun out across the globe of the Internet world, it is just a matter of a “click of a button” to then introduce the next primary business opportunity, product or service to it’s members who then would either take it on board or not, but the point being, that at one’s disposal would be a team to which the business could flow it’s affiliate products and affiliate services along the channels.

Talk about harnessing the power of the Internet. If you want to look at this way.

When an individual purchases a franchise; let’s say a Star bucks, for instance. They are given the company manuals and support in order to be successful, and that’s why you have the Star bucks, McDonald’s and Domino’s appearing ALL OVER THE PLACE.

They make it easy for the owner of the joint to tap into their matrix and follow a winning system, and support is their to handle any and all fumbles and dropped balls.

Well….what do you suppose that Kimball and the Spiderweb marketing system is doing. THAT’s right. It’s setting up it’s franchise owners in an Internet business arena which has seen MORE ship wrecks than successful launches, and what that means for any spiderweb system owner is
SUCCESS!

As I asked earlier, who doesn’t want to join a successful Internet business? There is no shortage and neither do I see any coming in the near future.

Kimball and his team are extracting out all the guesswork on what it takes to make it as an affiliate marketer out on the Internet in the hub of squillions of Internet users and other Internet business owners all screaming to be heard and seen and most importantly….CLICKED!

My suggestion to anyone who is out here reading this blog, and looking for a solution to starting, restarting or building a successful home based business, is DON’T WAIT ANY LONGER!

Here it is. Best of all, here it is for FREE. This system can work with no money, just your growth won’t be as strong.

The guesswork is gone. Kudos to Kimball. Kudos to the spiderweb marketing system.

See you… on the winning team,

RB
